In implementation of the EU Whistleblowing Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/1937) and the national transposition law in the Czech Republic, the employees of our Czech subsidiary, but also external persons, have access to this dedicated reporting channel of our Czech subsidiary, which is managed by Jindra Susolova and Jörg Lechner. Information about actual or suspected violations or other irregularities and undesirable developments relating to the areas of law covered can be submitted confidentially and, if desired, anonymously. You have the option of submitting the report in writing, orally or in person. If you wish to meet in person, please inform us in writing or verbally via this whistleblowing channel.
